Share a Report makes a PDF or CSV of your child's potty training that you can send, save or print.
It needs Premium, either your own or from a family account you joined.
The report is made on your phone, so it includes entries that haven't synced yet.
Open Share a Report
Open your child from the home screen, then either:
- Tap the Care & Info tab, then Share a Report.
- Tap the Progress tab, then Chart, then Share a report on the Success Rate card.
The report starts with the same number of days as the card.
You can also ask the Assistant for a report, and tap the link in its reply.
Make the report
- Under Date range, choose 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or 90 days, or tap Custom to pick any dates.
- Under Activities, tap an activity to leave it out or add it back.
All of them are included at first.
- Under Format, choose:
- PDF: an easy-to-read summary with totals, the success rate and a chart.
- CSV: every entry as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
- For a PDF, turn Include every entry on to add the full list of entries after the summary.
- Turn Include notes off if you'd rather not share the notes on each entry.
- Tap Preview PDF or Share CSV.
Share or print the PDF
The PDF opens in a preview.
- Tap the share icon (Share) to send it by email or message, or to save it to your files.
- Tap the printer icon (Print) to print it.
The PDF shows totals, a daily chart, a day-by-day table and accident-free days.
It shows the success rate when both Went Potty and Accident are included.
Share CSV opens your phone's share options straight away.
Troubleshooting
- "Choose at least one activity."
Select at least one activity under Activities.
- "Can't finish the PDF"
Some text in the report, such as some languages or emoji, needs a font that is downloaded once.
Connect to the internet and try again, or tap Share CSV instead.
- "The report couldn't be created. Please try again."
Close the screen and try again.
- Tapping Share a Report asks me to sign in or upgrade.
Reports need Premium.
- Entries a family member logged are missing.
Pull down on the home screen to sync, then make the report again.
