Notification Won't Clear From Bottom Of Screen

On some Android phones, a message from our team can get stuck at the bottom of the app and cover the screen. Opening the message clears it.

How to clear it

1. Open Help in the app.
2. Tap Contact us at the top.
3. Open the message from the list.
4. Close the message, then close Help.

The message should no longer cover the bottom of the screen. If it does, open Help and tap Contact us to tell us.
