Paid subscribers don't see ads.
If you see ads after paying, the app has lost track of your subscription.
Common causes
- You were signed out.
When you are signed out, the app goes back to the free version with ads.
- Your subscription ended.
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, ads come back.
- You signed in with a different account.
Your subscription belongs to the account you were signed in to when you paid.
How to fix it
- Restart the app.
- iPhone: swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause, find the app, then swipe it up to close it.
- Android: open your recent apps, then swipe the app away.
- Sign out and sign back in the same way you did when you paid.
- Check your subscription in your Apple or Google account, to make sure it is still active.
